Dr. Selina Tribe, President of Carta Exploration Ltd, brings practical, science-based thinking to your mining project.  Dr. Tribe has for more than a decade managed geologic and geotechnical projects with budgets up to $1 million for clients in mining, transportation and oil & gas pipelines.  Selina’s focus is on solving geologic, technical and operational problems. 

Dr. Tribe has 20 years experience investigating bedrock, soils and landforms throughout Canada, the Americas, and as far afield as Mars.  A specialist in air photo interpretation and glacial geomorphology, she has completed numerous air photo studies for precious metal and diamond exploration, and is the author of two courses on Air Photo Interpretation for Mineral Exploration.

Dr. Tribe, P.Geo., has been practising as a Professional Geoscientist since 1999 and is registered in good standing with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC).  Dr. Tribe is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101).  She has been a member of the Association of Mineral Exploration, British Columbia (AME) since 1995.
